Twelve Steps to a Compassionate Life - Study Series

Beginning on April 3, the Adult Study Group will be discussing Karen Armstrong's book, Twelve Steps to a Compassionate Life.  This will be a reading and discussion series; we will be focusing on two steps each month.  Karen Armstrong is a highly respected author of books on religion.  Her works include The Case for God, The Battle for God, Islam, Buddhaand The Great Transformation.

Anyone who would like to participate in this series should obtain a copy of the book and read at least the first two steps prior to the April group discussion.  Lynn Kentfield has copies of the book for sale.  The book is also available through the library.  The Adult Study Group meets the first Thursday of each month in the church library.
