12-7-14: Righteousness And Peace Shall Kiss

Scripture:  Psalm 85: 1-2; 8-13

Second Sunday of Advent: Peace

The psalmist proclaims that salvation is close to those who honor God, for steadfast love and faithfulness have met; righteousness and peace have embraced.  This is the promise of Advent.  This is what happens when heaven and earth meet.  Let us share God’s peace this Sunday as we prepare to welcome the promised one into our midst.  See you Sunday.
