Greetings fellow NCCers!  I pray God's love and favor for you through the remainder of this week.  This Memorial Day Sunday, we gathered together for a time of grateful reflection on loving kindness.  When you feel you have established some stronger sense of acceptance for yourself, you can then expand your meditation to include others!
